Products
The products produced include:

• High tech miniature functional 1/10-scale models of emerging technologies
• Portable waste-to-energy machines
• Useable energy sold to grid

Sales in terms of lease agreements will secure and fund the property. Once leased, this portion of sales will basically last the course of the 5-year plan. Property revenue will increase via lease contracts at a rate of one per month.

The property provides a place to build our energy-producing model. One model will be produced and sold in 2007. Sales for models can easily double each year for the first five years. Two models in 08, four in 09 and so on. The models are marketing tools. The model built for Waste Logic will sell at least one Design-Build-Own-Operate-Maintain (DBOOM) plant per year.

The significant edge that our group has in the industry is this:

• We operated an actual production waste minimization technology in Philadelphia for one year
